Requirements:OPENSTEP 4.2 or higher

NOTE: Windows NT Service Pack 4 appears to cause problems with OPENSTEP applications. Please do not attempt to use PopOver if you are using NT Service Pack 4. However, Service Pack 5 seems to work fine.

To download the package of your choice, click on the package icons () for the desired architecture.

Installation

Please type the following in a Terminal window or MS-DOS window to unpack the software distribution.

WebObjects 4.0 NT

pkunzip PopOver.v2.0.W.zip

OPENSTEP Mach 4.2

gunzip PopOver.v2.0.NIS.tar.gz

gnutar xvf PopOver.v2.0.NIS.tar

OPENSTEP Enterprise 4.2

pkunzip PopOver.v2.0.W.zip

A new directory called PopOver.app will be created.
Double click on PopOver.app (or PopOver.exe inside this folder under Windows) to launch PopOver.

Recommended:

Move the PopOver.app folder to where you keep your other applications (i.e. ~/Apps)

PopOver 2.0 is very stable. Lots of people are currently using it as their day-to-day e-mail application.
